Penyebab munculnya pesan seperti itu, kemungkinan besar Krishand Payroll tidak diinstal di folder default Krishand (folder default c:\krishand\payroll\202). Untuk mencegah munculnya pesan seperti ini, instalasi harus dilakukan di folder default yang telah ditentukan.
